Veronica holds a degree in Communication Sciences, graduated from the Mesoamerican University. Currently studying remotely for a master's degree in Neuromarketing at the International University of La Rioja in Spain.

She has 6 years of experience in advising, planning and executing internal and external strategic communication; She has advised more than 60 companies throughout Central America. Given training to various types of audiences with topics such as spokesperson training, workshops on non-verbal communication techniques and protocols, speech, communication techniques for distance training and assertive communication, among others.

She has certifications in consultative sales, fundamentals of analytical and strategic thinking, effective presentations, negotiations and persuasion, pillars of digital marketing and social networks in times of pandemic.
