71 Fifth Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10003
The New York office can be found just steps from Manhattan’s Union Square, housing many of our founding team members who stay involved in projects and campaigns with day-one attentiveness. Sure, things move at breakneck speed, but we temper it with experience and insight that consistently meets the needs of clients in major industries from electronics to finance. Given that range of focus we’re not lying when we say our client product closet might be the craziest few square feet of commercial real estate in the entire city.

24 Hours in New York
With only 24 hours to spare in NYC, kick off bright and early with breakfast at Alice’s Tea Cup for breakfast on the upper east side and jump down the rabbit hole that is New York City. Then set out on a stroll around Central Park to enjoy the leaves starting to change and continue your journey through wonderland by stopping to look at De Creeft's Alice in Wonderland sculpture. Next make a cultural stop to the museum that most peaks your interest -- head east to the MET, West to the Natural History Museum, which is housed in a massive 19th-century Beaux Arts building off Central Park West, or South to the Museum of Modern Art.
After your cultural fill, jump on a subway and head to the Highline on 30th street between 10th and 11th avenue. This park is on the former elevated New York Central Railroad spur called the West Side Line, and runs along the lower west side of Manhattan; it has been redesigned and planted as an aerial greenway. Next, make your way down to Chelsea Market for lunch then walk around the west village on Bleeker and Hudson Street making your way to Washington Square Park for some street performances and people watching.
Then head east to Soho, for some shopping and dinner at Il Buco. After dinner, stay in the East Village for some live music or drinks with the locals or catch a more traditional show Book of Mormons or less so Sleep No More uptown.
