Allison+Partners down in Dixie is the heart of the agency’s sought-after expertise in healthcare and public affairs. Our clients are among today’s most recognizable and respected identities, including PhRMA and Healthways. Our public affairs team understands how to nuance outreach on behalf of corporate clients, and capture positive attention for social impact initiatives. And while our vision is national and even international, we maintain deep involvement in local, and grassroots work, and can run the table from just about any POV during a political debate. Our historic office building is a throwback setting that cultivates contemporary creative thinking. The drawback? It’s surrounded by great places to chow down. There’s a frozen yogurt joint nearby that would probably go out of business if we stopped going there.

24 Hours in Atlanta
If you’re only in town for 24 hours, you’ll want to get started early by fueling up at Thumbs Up Diner’s Sweet Auburn district location. From there, you’ll have easy access to the National Park Service’s Martin Luther King National Historic Site an urban park encompassing the civil rights leader’s birthplace and growth into one of themost important historical figures of the 20th Century. From there, move west into the downtown/midtown areas of the city where you can enjoy the world’s largest aquarium, the Georgia Aquarium, any number of fine art exhibits at the High Museum of Art or, for modern art aficionados, the Museum of Design Atlanta. Lunch in midtown at any one of the many trendy eateries in the area that include the New Orleans influenced Front Page News or the gastro pub Tap. After lunch, spend the afternoon shopping by hopping on the subway at the MARTA Arts Center Station and heading north to Buckhead for Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza.
Evenings are a bustle of activity in Atlanta; Broadway shows abound at the Fabulous Fox Theater and live music and concerts can be found throughout the city, most notably at Phillips Arena just off of the spacious and beautiful Centennial Olympic Park. Enjoy dinner before or after your evening plans at one of the many fine restaurants throughout the city such as Ray’s In the City or the Publik Draft House with a night cap and some live jazz at Churchill Grounds, adjacent to the Fox.
