Building the KPMG Corporate Finance LLC Brand

Allison & Partners was engaged by KPMG Corporate Finance LLC for a brand-building campaign to help differentiate the company from its bigger and better-known sibling, KPMG LLP, the tax and audit firm (the two companies are often confused as being one in the same although KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is an investment bank).

Allison & Partners created a program that positioned the firm's executives as experts in areas such as private equity, investment banking and distressed deals in verticals such as technology, defense, retail and real estate.

The Allison & Partners team secured a 25 percent increase in media coverage year-over-year, including a front page, above-the-fold mention in The Wall Street Journal and a segment on Fox Business News that helped the firm attract three deals that have the potential of netting a combined seven–figure fee. More importantly, the company saw a significant increase in recognition for both its executives and its brand.
