Senior Vice President
Stacey Johnes is a senior vice president responsible for developing and overseeing public relations campaigns and content programs that help clients foster a deeper brand connection with consumer and influencer audiences. She joins Allison+Partners from Ogilvy PR where she led the Plastics Makes it Possible business, the agency’s largest consumer account in the Western Region. There, she developed consumer-facing programs that included creating a vending machine that dispensed recycled plastic t-shirts at New York Fashion Week, and working with HGTV’s Taniya Nayak on a content-rich Home Recycling Makeover video series.
Prior to Ogilvy, Stacey was a vice president at Weber Shandwick in the consumer marketing and digital communications practice, overseeing accounts such as General Motors and Carl’s Jr. Restaurants. Stacey also led Edelman’s brand team during the global introduction of Microsoft’s Xbox gaming console, and fulfilled a dream to be an entrepreneur by founding a Los Angeles-based entertainment-focused PR agency called Media Tonic. Over eight years, the firm worked with Hollywood studios such as Disney Consumer Products, DreamWorks Licensing and FOX Studios, promoting many of their marquis brands both globally and internationally.
When not working, Johnes enjoys yoga and spending time with her family, friends and animals. She is a passionate supporter of animal and human rights organizations.
