Allison+Partners was founded to create a positive and highly entrepreneurial environment where talented people at all levels could do great work and thrive without the politics of a larger firm. Our Core Values, developed company-wide from every level of the organization, provide a common landscape both as an internal guide and as a way to describe what makes our culture special to our clients, team members, prospective employees and the industry at large. Education at Allison+Partners
Allison University, our professional development program for staff, offers in-person training, monthly webinars, mentor matching, tuition reimbursement and employee-recognition programs to help our people reach their full potential. Our Experts’ Webinar Series is taught by staff and features successful client campaigns and new business pitches, as well as training in PR, management and computer skills.
We host in-person two-day University intensives twice a year where employees from across the agency come together with their colleagues to learn communication strategies, hone their media relations and employee management skills, and brainstorm new initiatives to improve the company. Senior team members serve as faculty, and Founders Scott Allison and Scott Pansky participate in every one of these events.
Life at Allison+Partners
At Allison+Partners, we strive to create a fun, inclusive work environment. Each office has a Fun Co. responsible for welcoming new employees, organizing milestone, holiday and birthday celebrations, office parties, lunches, team-building activities, winter and summer outings. We also recognize the importance of calling out the good work our team members do through our company’s social channels, website and newsletter.
