At Allison+Partners, citizenship is not just a word to us, but a commitment to the communities where we work, live and play. Since our inception, we pioneered the idea of social impact. It isn’t just consulting nonprofits and corporations on their cause platforms; we have donated time, funds and services to worthy organizations. From national campaigns for Big Brothers Big Sisters and Adopt-A-Classroom, to regional programs for After School All Stars and the San Francisco Giants Foundation, the agency believes in the importance of giving back. Allison+Partners hosts an annual Cause Marketing Conference at the Staples Center. Led by our Social Impact team, the conference is focused on educating non-profits and corporations about best practices while providing quality networking for both. The event raises thousands of dollars for local education-based charities. We are fortunate to have corporations such as Toyota, Time Warner Cable, ABC7, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce help underwrite and promote these programs. Making a difference in the lives of others is truly one of the most rewarding experiences of the work we do at Allison+Partners. For years, we have been volunteering in the community. Through our Volunteer Committee, we look at programs and opportunities around the country for our team members to make a difference. Whether that is sponsoring a classroom in the inner city of Los Angeles to hurricane relief efforts in New York, team members volunteer their time, knowledge and passion supporting those who need help.

Employees are offered additional paid time off for individual community service activities/volunteer work of their choice. After five years at Allison+Partners, team members at every level are encouraged to take a paid four week sabbatical on top of their other benefits to recharge and improve their lives, or the lives of others. More than 75 percent of Allison+Partners employees donate money or time, including board participation with VHI Save the Music, Variety, the Starlight Foundation, Arthritis Foundation, Hope for Vision, Planned Parenthood, Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago and the Special Olympics.
